University students have spent the past few days doing something the Royal Navy has never done before. The Gota Canal carves a 190km waterway right across Sweden – from the Baltic Sea in the East to Gothenburg in the West. Charger, Biter and Blazer – not reindeer but three of the Royal Navy’s patrol vessels used for training by the Universities of Liverpool, Manchester + Salford and Southampton – have been attempting to transit it… More on Forces TV next week!
